SHIPPING
All items purchased from Caesarea-arts.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract and are sent by the Israeli EMS service or USPS in the USA unless declared otherwise. Shipping times will vary by product category and you should check the shipping time of your order in the "Shopping Cart" during checkout.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
If you live outside the US or Israel you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

Furthermore, Caesarea-arts.com endeavors to ensure that all products be of excellent quality and free of manufacturing defects. Notwithstanding the above, your order may be returned for any reason within 21 days of receipt for a full refund. if the item is in its original condition, including the original packaging. Any item you consider defective must be returned within 72 hours. Recognition of an item as being defective is at the sole discretion of Caesarea-arts.com. Any non-defective item sent for exchange will be charged return shipping Please let us know in advance, via e-mail, of a retuned package in order that you may receive shipping instructions. Failure to notify us might result in the item's loss, or worse, getting bogged down in the Israeli Customs, and any expenses incurred in recovering the package for this reason will be deducted from your refund.
